Accessibility Statement

The Driving Training Centre wants learners, instructors and visitors to be able to use this website with confidence, regardless of technology or ability.

Our approach

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design pages to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom and common mobile accessibility settings.

What you should be able to do

  • Zoom text and page content without losing essential information.
  • Navigate primary controls and forms using a keyboard.
  • Understand headings, labels, links and validation messages with assistive technology.
  • Use the website on a phone, tablet or desktop screen.
  • Pause before sharing optional information and use alternative contact methods when a form is unsuitable.

If you need information in another format

If a page, form or document is difficult to use, contact The DTC. Tell us which page you were using, what you needed to do and the format or adjustment that would help. We will work with you to provide a practical alternative.

Report an accessibility problem

Please report barriers through our complaints and feedback process, by calling 0800 011 2122, or by texting 07850 907770. Include the web address and a short description of the problem if possible.
