Complaints and Feedback

Tell us when something has gone well or when we need to put something right. Raising a concern will not affect your lessons, account or Test Swap matching.

How to contact us

Use whichever method is most comfortable:

What to include

Give your name, the service involved, what happened and what outcome would help. Include relevant dates, but do not send passwords, payment-card details, driving licence numbers, theory certificate numbers or DVSA booking references through a general support message.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the concern and identify who should review it.
  2. We check the relevant records and, where appropriate, speak with the people involved.
  3. We explain the outcome, any action taken and what you can do if you remain dissatisfied.

Complex or safeguarding-related concerns may take longer, but we will keep you informed.

DTC Test Swap concerns

For a live match or account problem, use the private support area after signing in wherever possible. For urgent safety, misuse or privacy concerns, contact The DTC directly. DTC Test Swap provides matching and guidance; only DVSA can make an official change to a driving-test appointment.

Safeguarding

If your concern relates to the safety or welfare of a learner, read our safeguarding information and contact us promptly. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
