How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We typically respond to enquiries within one business day, often sooner. For urgent enquiries, we recommend calling 0800 011 2122 or texting 07850 907770 for the fastest response.
Do I need to pay when I submit an enquiry?
No. Submitting an enquiry is completely free. We will discuss your needs, match you with a suitable instructor, and confirm pricing before any payment is required. Block bookings are paid in advance, but individual lessons can be paid for at the time.
Can I request a specific instructor?
Yes. If you have a preference for a specific instructor — for example, based on language, transmission type, or location — let us know in your enquiry and we will do our best to accommodate. Availability may vary, especially for popular instructors.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Start with your name, postcode, contact details and whether you want manual or automatic lessons. You can add a short message if useful. Our Admin team will collect driving experience, availability, licence and test information when they contact you.
Can I contact you if I am already a learner with The DTC?
Absolutely. Existing learners can use the same contact methods — phone, text, or the contact form — for any questions, scheduling changes, or concerns. We are here to support you throughout your learning journey.
