DVSA does not publish fixed test routes. We focus on building your confidence across the real road types and conditions you're likely to meet on test day, not on memorising specific roads.
Local roads and learning topics around Dunbar include A1 dual-carriageway, A1087, Dunbar town centre, coastal roads, roundabout practice and residential manoeuvres. Your instructor will choose practice that suits your experience and the conditions. If your test is booked at Edinburgh (Musselburgh), agree a separate plan for travel and preparation with your instructor. These are not published test routes.
